My Empowerment – Health and Wellness Coaching

Mikala is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach who received her certification through WellCoaches School of Health and Wellness Coaching. She is also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist a four year degree she received from Arizona State University. Mikala completed her Masters of Health Care Management from Grand Canyon University while in active breast cancer treatment. Mikala is an international breast cancer advocate and grant reviewer in addition to her work in a local neuro-rehabilitation center and adaptive recreation program.

She has a passion for helping others and is excited to bring her background of Recreational Therapy and cancer education together to coach clients into their best selves.
